There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony and a safe in the suite. The best part were the exceptionally nice and consistently courteous staff. Very central location close to halong bay sapa tour hoa lu tam coc train tickets to ho chi minh, it was in a safe area.

The staff at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 were lovely during our entire stay. the hotel is conveniently located in the Hoan Kiem district, making it easy to explore the nearby old quarters. They offer great service and can help arrange trips to Halong Bay and Sapa trekking.

I thoroughly enjoyed the family suite at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2. It had a beautiful balcony and a safe box. the roll-in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. the hotel is in a central location, very close to the shopping area and the market.

Location so close to restaurants, shops, lake, Cathedral, night market, and Hanoi's " Old Quarter ". Well-kept and brand-new rooms and reasonably good staff members with attentive services.
